I LOVE McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets.  I can’t get enough of them!  Unfortunately my Mom won’t let me have them.  She says they are unhealthy and hardly contain any real chicken.  I always wonder if she is just trying to scare me into eating more broccoli.

Here’s a video that McDonald’s just released showing how nuggets are made. You will have to judge for yourself whether or not nuggets are as bad as people say they are. I’m just going to play this over and over for my Mom to see if I can changer her mind!
