People say that life is better at the beach! It seems that there may be some truth to that claim. Walking along the beach, putting your toes in the water, and watching the sun go down into the water is good for both your physical and mental health.

Spending time in natural settings can do wonders for your health and wellbeing but it’s not simply the sun that makes the beach enjoyable. Planning, packing, and a fun journey with plenty of snacks all contribute to the excitement and endorphins a trip provides.
