Bette Midler just saved Halloween 2020!

Midler is casting spells and reuniting with Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy as The Sanderson Sisters from the cult classic “Hocus Pocus” for one night only.  “Shove it Satan” err….Covid-19- you can’t ruin Halloween completely.

The Sanderson sisters will be cooking up spells during a virtual “Hulaween” event on Halloween Eve Oct. 30th. The one-hour virtual broadcast airing at 8 p.m. Eastern, benefits the nonprofit New York Restoration Project which Midler started in 1995. The NYRP seeks to create a greener, more sustainable New York City.

The special will be hosted by another Halloween legend, the fabulous Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. Midler has put together an all star special including Glenn Close, Billy Crystal, Jamie Lee Curtis, John Stamos, Meryl Streep, Kenan Thompson, Sophie, as well as other surprise guests.

Midler tweeted a picture of everyone’s favorite witches together and Twitter immediately ran AMOK!!

I’m sure glad we didn’t have to wait another 300 years to wake up these witches!
