Birthday Party Planning Guide For Busy Parents:

Invitations:

If you do one thing, make sure you send the invites out with plenty of notice. Party planning is extremely stressful when you are not organized. Use an online invite tool to create your invite and send it out easily. You can even multitask and create it while on your next boring Zoom call! Giving guest plenty of notice to plan to attend will help to avoid disappointment for your child on party day.

Choose a birthday party venue:

Why go to all the trouble of having a birthday party at home when there are places that will do it for you? It’s what they’re there for. A dedicated birthday party venue can take care of everything. The bonus? There’s usually a fixed price per guest. You also benefit from having people on hand to set and clean up, so you get to enjoy the celebration as well.

Order In:

Don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen? Order in! Not everyone is a natural host, so why stress out in the kitchen? If spending hours making party food doesn’t appeal to you, order in!  Kids love pizza and ordering a few pies can be a less expensive way to cater for your party. Plus, pizza is a definite crowd pleaser. This will save you time so you can put your energy into making a delicious cake.

Did someone say cake?:

How about making this fun and easy Cookie Monster cake? It is sure to bring smiles to all the cookie loving kids faces.

Include Activities:

Plan a party with activities included, so you don’t have to create the fun.  Some ideas range from a movie theater party, a bowling party or even a arts and crafts hour. The possibilities are endless just put your imagination to the task. The bonus is that  you can just watch and enjoy the kids have fun from afar.

Stressing out over planing a party should not be part of your world. Keep it simple by following our steps and stress free fun will follow.
