Love dogs? Get ready to celebrate National Dog Day on 8/26 with the Disney Channel and Pup Academy!
The new live-action talking canine adventure series is going to be a treat for dog lovers everywhere. Its from the makers of the original “Air Bud” and super adorable.
It’s Time for School!
Pup Academy Synopsis:
The doggone cute series centers around three puppy friends, Spark, Corazon and Whiz. The trio meet in their first year at the Academy where they are learning how to become man’s best friend. Puppies from all over the world travel to Pup Academy to learn. The dogs travel through magical fire hydrant portals. The pups are trained under the supervision of the Dean of Graduates (D.O.G.) Spark, Corazon and Whiz quickly discover a mysterious threat to the academy as well as the friendships between dogs and humans everywhere.

PUP ACADEMY stars Christian Convery (Squeaky Descendants 3), Don Lake (Zootopia) and Aria Birch (Freaks) are also on board. It is created and executive produced by Anna McRoberts. ABE founder and CEO, Robert Vince directed and co-executive produced.
Season one of PUP ACADEMY includes 22 episodes. It debuts on Disney Channel (and Disney Now) on National Dog Day 8/26 (2-3P.M. EDT/PST). Episodes will air daily starting on 9/4.
