Since Covid-19 hit, my family has been hunkering down and playing favorite classics such as Connect4 and Blokus. We’ve also enjoyed testing out as many new games as we can. Players have 30 seconds to list answers on a random topic and you better be on the ball because its important to write down answers that you think others will write down as well. How fast can you scroll? You might want to practice if playing with teens because this game is in their wheel house. Quickly scrolling through your phone to match a category in 30 seconds is not for the flip phone crowd. There are a lot of laughs to be had with this game just make sure your photos are rated G!
Exploding Kittens (Exploding Kittens) -Ages 7+
This quirky game includes cute, deadly exploding kittens and well…you just have to jump in and play to experience the fun.
Hocus Pocus (Ravensberger) -Ages 8+
You’ll be running amok trying to stop the Sanderson sisters from completing their potion before the sun comes up. Die hard fans of the movie will love the artwork of this game.
