Yumble allows parents to easily put a hot, delicious, healthy meal on the dinner table nightly.  Meals can be microwaved and served hot in just one to two minutes! Kids think the meals are fun and also delicious.  Yumble- Homestyle Chicken Meatballs

I recently attended a fabulous panel discussion organized by Yumble founder Joanna Parker at Home Studios in New York City. Meredith Bodgas the Editor in Chief of Working Mother led a Q&A with a group of inspirational professional women. Mom trends CEO Nicole Feliciano, and Go Noodle CEO Karen Gruenberg motivated the crowd by detailing their path to success. They gave advice as working Moms and shared tips on working through the trying times. The discussion flew by.  I could have listened to them for hours.

I was thrilled to sample Yumble food with an adult twist. Massage and hair stations were also set up in case anyone wanted a little pampering by Priv Salon.

Popular Menu Items Include:

  • Original Chicken Pops (ground chicken rolled in whole wheat panko crumbs with  mashed potatoes and steamed green beans)
  • Bowl of Yays (Rotini pasta with a hearty bolognese sauce)
  • Baked Taco Pocket (Beef Empanada with a side of broccoli and mashed potatoes)
  • Protein Poppers (rolled oat balls made with protein-packed grains and seeds and balanced with the right amount of honey)

I tried the Chicken Pops and Baked Taco Pockets at the event.  They were surprisingly delicious and satisfying.  I also sampled a chicken empanada that I admit I am still drooling over.

Bottom Line:

My son hasn’t had the pleasure of trying Yumble yet.  I loved everything that I sampled at the event but the true test will be when my son gets his hungry hands on a meal.  In the meantime, there may be a “Mommy Confessional” video of me floating around from the event. Wondering what I confessed?  You’ll have to stay tuned.
