Check out the Santa Fake trailer:
Synopsis:
Santa Fake is a classic Christmas movie full of holiday music, sentimental romnhce, family-friendly comedy, and colorful holiday spirit. The film brings holiday cheer with catchy musical numbers and brilliant performances by a delightful cast that will enchant the whole family.
Pat Keeley (Damian McGinty), an undocumented Northern Irish immigrant has made his way to NYC where he is taken in by a crime boss (John Rhys-Davies). Asked to deliver two mysterious briefcases, naïve Pat panics and ends up in the wrong destination: Santa Fe, New Mexico. Santa Fe gives him a home and a job as the shopping mall Santa Claus. Pat is able to hide in plain sight from both the authorities and the gangsters he is trying to evade. As Pat gets wrapped up deeper into the spirit of Christmas, he finds that his phony Santa beard and big red suit are more than just a clever disguise.
Santa Fake Non Spoiler Review:
Santa Fake is a charming movie that the entire family will enjoy. Damian McGinty’s singing is a pleasure. I found myself waiting for the next song although at times breaking into song felt a little corny. Since I am a huge GLEE fan I admit I was a little disappointed that Heather Morris did not sing any songs. The film is funny, charming and children will love the funny antics. Younger kids will especially love the twist at the end of the film.
