You can be absolutely terrified all year long because Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark is arriving on DVD, Blu Ray and On Demand on November 5th.

The long-awaited movie adaptation of the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark book series landed in theaters on August 9, 2019 impressing audiences and critics alike. The film earned $95.5 million worldwide! Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark arrived on Digital HD October 22 just in time for Halloween.

If you’re a fan of the Alvin Schwartz tales, then this is a can’t miss movie. I watched the DVD as part of my Halloween festivities and I have to admit I am still thinking about it and creeped out! It’s 1968 in America. Change is blowing in the wind…but seemingly far removed from the unrest in the cities is the small town of Mill Valley, where for generations the shadow of the Bellows family has loomed large. It is in their mansion on the edge of town that Sarah, a young girl with horrible secrets, turned her tortured life into a series of scary stories, written in a book that has transcended time. For a group of teenagers who discover Sarah’s terrifying home, the stories become all too real in this spine-tingling film.
