Toys Galore At Toy Fair New York 2026
Toy Fair New York 2026 is officially in the books — and what a year it was! This milestone show marked the 120th anniversary of the iconic industry event, and the energy inside the Javits Center was next-level. Tens of thousands of global play pros gathered to get a first look at the newest toys, games, and youth entertainment products — many of which will be hitting store shelves just in time for the holidays.
And let me tell you… there were toys galore. Everywhere you turned, there was something buzzy, nostalgic, innovative, adorable, or just plain FUN.
I spent a few jam-packed days exploring, previewing, and of course playing with the newest toys on the show floor. After lots of hands-on fun, I narrowed it down to some standout favorites I couldn’t wait to share. These picks are sure to spark big smiles for kids — and yes, plenty of grown-ups, too!
That said, this roundup only scratches the surface. There were so many incredible finds, and I’ll be highlighting even more throughout the year. So be sure to check back for additional must-see picks and toy trends.
Special note: You won’t see LEGO in this roundup. I toured the booth, but everything was top secret — so no photos allowed. What I can say? The new collections are seriously cool. The LEGO team’s creativity never stops amazing me, and this year’s sets absolutely deliver.
Even their photo ops were next-level. Talk about bringing out the kid in all of us!
As always, I’m incredibly grateful to The Toy Association for the opportunity to attend and bring these exciting first looks to my readers.
Are you ready? Let’s dive into the action!

Fun Finds From Toy Fair New York 2026:
Booksy (PMI)
Collectibles featuring tiny books inside each figure. Each book is forty pages of reading fun.
Bum Bumz Plush (Jazwares)
I adore the hilariously quirky plush toys with huggable choices including Friends, Ted Lasso and The Golden Girls.
Calico Critters (Epoch)
One of my long time favorites keeps expanding its world of whimsical play with lots of new releases and adorable lines you’ll want to know about! The citrus bird family which will literally fly off the shelves. Also notable is the dalmatian family, the sweet new fantasy line and the gorgeous Biscuit Bear family mansion.
Clixo
Flexible magnetic construction strips that bend, click, and build into endless shapes — creativity you can twist, link, and create with again and again.
Coast Hippie Vet Kit (Wild Republic)
A rescue playset filled with cool tools and plush pets — lets kids play vet with seaside style! Each carry case features a different plush in need of help including an axolotl with a soda tab on its foot, a sea turtle with soda can rings stuck to its head and a shark with a hook in its mouth. Use the included “tools” to remove the offending items, check the plush’s “xray” card and check off the steps on the medical card. It’s a great way to teach about conservation and the importance of our planet.
Cra-Z-Art
Milky Markers deliver bold, smooth-flow color with a creamy, opaque finish that truly stands out. Designed to pop on both dark and light paper, these markers glide effortlessly for vibrant lettering, doodling, and creative projects. The rich “milky” ink adds a soft, eye-catching effect that makes artwork look polished and fun—perfect for kids, tweens, and anyone who loves adding a little extra flair to their creations.
Other favorites Disney Crystal Surprise, Crystal Gem Creations and RoseArt puzzles always top our list!
Kawaii Slime Company
Kawaii brings sweet-shop-meets-farmers-market vibes to the slime world. Right away, their booth felt like the cutest pop-up market ever. In fact, it was filled with ultra-creative designs which all deliver engaging sensory play. Think squishy ears of corn. Slick sticks of satisfying butter as well as jars of “pie filling” that look good enough to bake with. Plus, their kits featuring beloved Sanrio characters are top of every fan’s wish list. Every guest got to mix a signature themed “sunday” packed with fun mix-ins and unique textures. Overall, it’s a kawaii-inspired slime experience that’s just as delightful to look at as it is to squish.
Lava Nano Neons (Schylling)
Four colorful mini-sized accent lights unlike any other. In particular, the flamingo stands out. It’s a must-have for anyone who loves the unofficial pink mascot of summer fun.
Loops Lab
Are you ready to jam because this genius invention lets users create unique, personalized music experiences. Start with the Loops Lab Starter Set. Then mix and match add-on packs to create new music styles. It’s a truly unique concept. So unique, in fact, that the creator (Yona Segev) won Toy inventor of the year (Pulse of Play Awards) from The Toy Book.
Momiji Dolls (TOMY)
Adorable collectible dolls with charming personalities and sweet little messages tucked inside. Perfect for gifting and displaying!
Needoh (Schylling)
I love everything from Needoh! From squishy, colorful, sugar-skull-themed cats to hearts and ice cream cones that are endlessly squeezable and super satisfying… Needoh is stress relief with a smile!
Plus-Plus
Terrific kits that turn simple building play into endless creative fun with one unique interlocking shape that lets kids build everything from flat mosaics to 3D sculptures — making them a STEM-friendly favorite. Their inspired line is truly that!
Squishmallows- (Jazwares)
Jazwares continues to dominate the plush world with its ever-growing lineup of Squishmallows — and this year’s reveals are bigger (and squishier) than ever.
Fans can look forward to a brand-new SquishPillow line, bringing that ultra-soft feel to bedroom décor. Of course, the character roster keeps expanding, too. Think must-have plush inspired by KPOP Demon Hunters, Pokémon, Mofusand, and Avatar: The Last Airbender, plus even more fan-favorite franchises.
Collectors should also keep an eye out for adorable new Squooshems and the always-popular Squishalongs. Whether you love to collect, squeeze, hug or display, there’s a Squishmallows drop for everyone.
Tricofun
Colorful, imaginative toys including tactile elements that invite kids to explore, build, and play in new ways.
Wise Wizard Games
Clever strategy games designed to challenge young minds including playful brain teasers that make learning feel like pure fun.
World’s Smallest (Super Impulse)
Micro versions of iconic toys and games. Each toy is charmingly tiny but totally playable! Some of the small joys are a Snoopy snow cone machine, a Steiff Bear, Monchichi and Foofa. The choices are endless and yes I want them all!
Yottoy
I fell in love at first sight of their classic storybook characters. The Yottoy booth was a wonderland of dolls, plush and charming tea sets. Whether you prefer to have tea with Madeline, Eloise, Paddington or any of the other classics, chances are you will find them hanging out with Leonardo at Yottoy!
PMI Kids World is bringing serious fun this year. Their lineup is packed with must-have toys. Kids are going to go wild. Think quirky Italian Brain Rot figures. FIFA-inspired collectibles. Cuddly Werebears plush. Fresh new Minecraft drops. There’s something for every kind of fan. And yes — all-new Fugglers are on the way. I even got a sneak peek at a brand-new collaboration that’s going to be HUGE. It’s so top secret, no photos were allowed.
With so many trend-forward releases, the PMI booth was a true one-stop shop for what’s next. A full PMI Kids World roundup is coming soon — as soon as I can spill the beans. Stay tuned!
