Blue’s Clues 25th Birthday Celebrations
Blue’s Clues is celebrating a birthday and you are invited!
It’s hard to believe that everyone’s favorite puppy Blue is turning 25. To celebrate, Nickelodeon is airing a special “Its YOUR birthday” episode on “Blue’s Clues and You” September 17th. Young viewers will be invited to celebrate their own special birthdays. Nickelodeon also has several other activities planned including a music video featuring current star Josh Dela Cruz and popular former hosts Steve Burns and Donovan Patton.
But wait there’s more special news about Blue…

Nickelodeon also announced that it is making a new movie featuring Josh and Blue! The movie will start production this summer. In the film, Josh and Blue are traveling to New York City to audition for a Broadway musical. I just can’t wait to have Blue visit my city but I’ll have to have some patience as its not clear when the film will be ready to hit the screen.

The original Blue’s Clues premiered on September 8, 1996 and aired for six seasons. You can stream some original episodes on Paramount+ and more will be available to coincide with the anniversary. The reboot “Blue’s Clues & You” is currently in its second season on Nickelodeon.
